Story
We’re Rosie, Aswathi, Gloria and Yiliz, four students from UCL. We’re volunteering for the MS Society and we want to make a difference.
People with MS should have fair and equal access to the right treatment at the right time. But this isn’t happening and we want to change it.

Why yoga?
Yoga is a popular form of exercise that can be modified to meet individual needs and adapted for those with disabilities. Exercise can improve overall health, mobility, fatigue and mood for people with MS, as well as being enjoyable and an opportunity to socialise. That’s why many local branches of the MS Society hold yoga sessions for people with MS.
