Over 150,000 of us in the UK have MS. It’s unpredictable and different for everyone. But it doesn’t have to be this way. We’re the MS Society. We understand what life’s like with MS. We're here for you through the highs, lows and everything in between. Together, we are strong enough to stop MS.

Story

We’re Rosie, Aswathi, Gloria and Yiliz, four students from UCL. We’re volunteering for the MS Society and we want to make a difference.

People with MS should have fair and equal access to the right treatment at the right time. But this isn’t happening and we want to change it.

Will you join us and #strikeaposeforMS to show your support?

Choose a yoga pose and take your photo. Donate your ‘pounds for a pose’ to this page or text POSE99 followed by £3 to 70070. Share your pic and the details of how to donate on social media. And nominate your friends to #strikeaposeforMS too!

Imagine what could happen if 100,000 people gave £3…

Why yoga?

Yoga is a popular form of exercise that can be modified to meet individual needs and adapted for those with disabilities. Exercise can improve overall health, mobility, fatigue and mood for people with MS, as well as being enjoyable and an opportunity to socialise. That’s why many local branches of the MS Society hold yoga sessions for people with MS.
