Central London Mikvah Appeal

Because of its private nature, Mikvah is not often spoken about, even though it is at the heart of every Jewish community. Today, however, we are turning the volume up on this important topic!
Our campaign is now complete. 27 supporters helped us raise £21,785.00

The New Central London Mikvah opened in 2000 and was the first located in Central London. It catered daily to the local communities of Maida Vale, Swiss Cottage, West Hampstead, St John’s Wood and to those living in and around the centre of London. Its location has always been fundamental to the many tourists in Central London who regularly need the use of our facilities.
In its day, the Mikvah was considered luxurious and state of the art, providing a perfect modern atmosphere for an ancient tradition.
However since its opening, other Mikvaot have updated their facilities to the extent that our Mikvah is lagging behind and is in desperate need of refurbishment, modernisation and installation of new state-of-the-art-equipment.
This is where we need your help! We need every donation to ensure we can make our Mikvah a place to be proud of. It should be somewhere women can continue to fulfil this hugely important Mitzvah whilst still feeling comfortable and inspired to do so. Thank you!
