Donations are paid into Solving Kids' Cancer’s general funds for our charitable activities. We help families affected by neuroblastoma through the provision of support and information; as well as investing in research and advocating for access to better treatment

Story

5-year-old Kaylum is a happy boy; he adores superheroes! He was diagnosed with high-risk stage 4 neuroblastoma in July 2013. Despite intensive treatment he suffered a relapse (his cancer returned) in July 2015. Since then he’s received more treatment and has been respondingwell.

Kaylum’s family have joined forces with Solving Kids’ Cancer to try and prevent his cancer progressing and/or returning. In a race against time, we’ve launched an appeal to raise an estimated £280K by April 2016 in the hope that Kaylum can access a pioneering clinical trial abroad.

Mum Leanne says, “We hope this clinical trial will preventthis nasty disease from ever coming back… every day we fear for his life; it'sthe worst feeling in the world… we will do everything in our power to try andsave Kaylum’s life.”

Your donation could help give Kaylum the chance to grow up.
