Visit the charity's profileThe Crouch End Adult 10k and Children’s fun runs and festival is one of the largest community events in North London, now in its 26th year!
In addition to the fun runs, thousands of people enjoy the festival of entertainment throughout the day – a fun day for families and communities to get together to help raise funds for vulnerable homeless young people to enable them to build a better future.
Many young homeless people arrive at the YMCA hostel with nothing, having fled abuse at home, or are already homeless and have turned to petty crime.
We support their transition to independent living, and into work.
£150 could provide computer training enabling a homeless young person to gain employment
£30 could provide one night’s accommodation
£10 could provide a hot evening meal and breakfast
£5 could provide a young person fleeing abuse, with a wash kit and toothbrush on their first night in our hostel.
