Spend a night sleeping rough to highlight the issue of youth homelessness and raise vital funds to support the work of your local YMCA
Story
At YMCA North London we work with vulnerable young people who are experiencing homelessness. Our aim whilst they are with us is to help them to develop their life skills and move on to live independently. The young people that come to us are at the most challenging points in their lives and we aim to build on their strengths and aspirations and help them to grow in self- esteem and achieve their potential.
We need to raise funds to support the work we do and we are organising a Sleep Easy overnight in Saturday 8th October 2016.
Our Sleep Easy is a charity event in aid of YMCA North London (formally Hornsey YMCA) to help our vulnerable young homeless people build a better future.
