We want Scotland to have a mobile Changing Places toilet!

A mobile Changing Places toilet enables all disabled children and adults to use the toilet or be changed with dignity and respect when they wish to go to events and activities. With an electric hoist and changing table as well as a toilet and wash-basin, a mobile Changing Places facility means that even those wheelchair-users with the most complex requirements can get out and about to enjoy the same opportunities as everyone else.

Scotland, unlike England, has no mobile Changing Places facilities available for hire despite many organisations attempting to source one to make their event fully accessible. PAMIS want to ensure that there is a mobile Changing Places facility available for hire by organisations when putting on events such as festivals,sporting fixtures, exhibitions and many more in order to increase the number of events across Scotland that are fully inclusive to everyone.
