2018 London England—PC Patient Support Meeting 

October 19-21, 2018

1. REGISTER FOR MEETING at  https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/2018PSM 2. MEETING FEES  Paid before September 1, 2018: £70 per person 15 years or over; £30 per child ages 2-15. Paid after September 1, 2018, the fee increases to £90 per person 15 years or over, £45 per child ages 2-15. 

Meeting fees are waived for a PC patient and one family member attending the PC Patient Support Meeting for the first time. PC Project pays 70% of the meeting costs which include the meeting room, equipment rental fees and food including Friday dinner, Saturday lunch and dinner, and Sunday lunch as well as break food. Breakfast is included with hotel room reservations.

OPTIONAL APPLY FOR SCHOLARSHIP FUNDING at http://www.pachyonychia.org/news_events.php  Scholarship Application Deadline is July 1, 2018, and awards will be announced August 1, 2018.    Scholarship funds are based on donations and the number of scholarships will depend on funds received.  If you would like to sponsor a PCer to attend the PSM, donate here and please contact PC Project at info@pachyonychia.org.
