Peninsula Home Hospice (PHH) provides home-based specialist palliative care that optimises quality of life and honors the hope for comfort, choice, dignity and peace.

Since 2006, the PHH team has been split over two separate sites with no security of tenancy and no room for growth.

After extensive research, planning and community consultation, the PHH Board realised the organisation needed to acquire its own premises.

Based on past history and current population projections, PHH identified an urgent need for additional space to allow for a 25 per cent growth in client numbers and an increase in staff to meet that growth in demand on our service.

With the support of our community and those who believe in the need for palliative care in the home, PHH is now running a capital campaign to help fund the purchase and refurbishment of its new home.
