Sally Mitchell, director of The Design Room at Ruan Hugh Lanes, Cornwall, is taking part in a challenging run to raise awareness around mental health issues and create funds for Pentreath ltd. that supported a family member when they were facing mental ill health.

Pentreath is a Cornish Charity that supports recovery from mental ill health using vocational pathways. (Training, volunteering and employment)

The “Tailwind Nutrition” RAT – Roseland August Trail Race Series – is a series of challenging coastal runs along the stunning South Cornwall Coastal Path.

It incorporates four different routes, The Black Route 32 miles, The Red Route 20 miles (Sally's Run), The White Route 11 miles and The Plague (green) 100K – 64 miles !
