Morebus employees were asked to nominate a charity they wanted to support this year. Due to how many staff had used Poole Hospital and seeing how many people visit the facilities the Morebus team wanted to show their gratitude to how wonderful the staff and services are. Poole Hospital Charity was chosen as Charity of the Year 2017 and 2018.

    “Poole Hospital Charity is a crucial local resource, helping to pay for additional equipment, research and innovations - as well as finishing touches and ‘extras’ that complement the existing high quality care for patients in and around the town,”- Morebus managing director, Andrew Wickham.  

  “It provides financial support to areas of the hospital service that lie beyond the scope of NHS funding - and this is of enormous benefit to thousands of people living in the local area. Indeed many of our own team have benefited directly from the support Poole Hospital Charity provides. So we are all delighted to be backing this very worthy cause, and raising as much money as possible over the coming year.”   

Morebus has a busy calendar of fundraising planned, and is promoting the charity with a specially-designed bus. This is the dedicated Morebus Just Giving campaign, with proceeds going directly to Poole Hospital Charity.
