The campaign has now expired but it's not too late to support this charity.
Visit the charity's profileThe Restart Rugby Alpine Challenge is the 'rugby' trek of a lifetime.
This year the team is taking on the magnificent Mont Buet, Switzerland alongside former players, Ed Jackson, Damian Hopley and Charlie Hodgson. Standing tall at 10,000ft, the mountain will provide an exhilarating challenge for our adventurous hikers.
Together we aim to raise £30,000 for Restart Rugby's work supporting professional rugby players suffering from serious illness, injury or hardship. Restart Rugby is there to provide players and their families with financial, practical and emotional support during difficult times, including help with medical treatment, rehabilitation, counselling and career transition. The Alpine Challenge will raise vital funds to enable us to be there for players when they need us most.
