Hi, my name is Brad Williams and I am the Southern Regional Network Manager for Britannia Rescue. On the 14th July a colleague Nigel Smith from 'LV=" and I are undertaking a self-organised cycling challenge from Catania, Sicily to Venice, Italy. The route we are taking is approximately 1000 miles over 9 days! We are doing this with no support team, nothing booked and no cooking equipment, just relying on our tents and maps to get through the trip. I hear you ask: Why would you do this? – We’re doing this for the challenge but also to raise awareness and money in aid of a great charity RISC (Recovery Industry Support Charity). It’s a worthwhile charity providing support to breakdown and recovery staff who have been injured during a work related accident.  LV=Britannia Rescue have agreed to support this event by matching charity donations up to the first £1000.  Track our progress at the following link:
