This is our third sponsored walk through the lovely town of Louth, raising funds for two essential support services for those suffering from Dementia. The Dementia Café is based in the Trinity Centre and relies completely on charitable donations, and offers weekly support to those suffering from dementia and their carers and families. We are are also supporting the recently established Dementia swimming  group - which again relied on charitable donations. The swimming group provides important social and physical well being to individuals.
