RSPCA Putney Animal Hospital Appeal for urgent improvements to our cat and dog wards

After years of use, units are broken, chipped, flaking and outdated. They can easily harbour bacteria. Staff must spend extra time cleaning to prevent the spread of disease. This means less time to spend with patients to reduce their stress and aid their recovery.
Cost of refurbishment: Cat ward £17,000: Dog ward £28,000
£520 could pay for a regular cat kennel - we need 11
£650 could pay for a storage unit - we need 2
£700 could pay for a folding examination table - we need 1
£828 could pay for a large cat kennel - we need 2
£918 could pay for a workstation with sink - we need 2
£1,020 could pay for a large dog kennel - we need 4
£1,200 could pay for a combination bath & sink - we need 1
Plus we need need new flooring and ceilings, re-plastered walls, hidden and additional plug sockets.
Should we raise surplus or insufficient funds, we will use them for further refurbishment of wards or the operation prep room or to fund the treatment and care of animals at Putney Animal Hospital.
