Founded solely for the care of animals in Manchester and Salford, we must fundraise for 100% of our costs as a charity to survive. Every penny donated to the charity keeps our animal centre in Salford open 365 days a year - so that our doors can always be open for every small animal who needs us.

Story

Each year the RSPCA rescues so many animals that are suffering with hair loss due to neglect, stress and flea infestation. The animals are usually in our care for many months before they are well enough to be rehomed. This means that their care costs are far greater than the average cat so the staff thought they would go bald for baldies to raise money for to pay for their care. This ultimate act of empathy must be rewarded, so please sponsor them so they can make a difference to animals'lives.

You can also donate by texting BALD02 £5 OR £10 TO 70070.

The hair-raising event is taking place on Saturday 4 June in Chorlton. If you dare to bare then why not join them? Email for more information:rspcamcr_salford@btconnect.com.
