Feed you family or heat your home. What a choice to have to make!

As winter approaches there are many who will find it difficult to pay their fuel bills. We are asking the people of Scarborough and the surrounding district to help.

In early December many of you will be receiving your Winter Fuel Payment. If you don’t really need this payment please consider donating all or part of it to the Lions Winter Fuel project.

If you do not receive a Winter Fuel Payment please consider making a donation anyway to help brighten the lives of those in need.

In conjunction with Yorkshire Coast Homes and Scarborough and district CAB, we will ensure that the most in need families and individuals receive the support that they require.

Many people have to make the difficult choice to heat their homes or feed themselves and their families, especially in the winter.

No one should have to make this choice especially when there are children and elderly people involved.

Help us make sure they do not have to!
