Visit the charity's profileStockport CP Society helps local disabled people to live life to the full. We offer community support, residential care, day services and leisure groups, and we work with children and adults with a wide range of disabilities. We help disabled people join in, make friends, achieve new things, and live as active and independent a life as possible.
To help keep our vital services going, a group of our supporters will be getting active themselves, by taking on the Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge. It’s a tough hike, involving three of Yorkshire’s highest fells, 24.5 miles of walking and 5,200 feet of climbing - all in less than 12 hours.
This is a big challenge to mark a big year for Stockport CP – in 2018 we celebrate 65 years of support for disabled people in the community. Please sponsor our Yorkshire 3 Peaks Team - every step counts, and so does every penny!
