Sense is here to support disabled people from the first weeks of life through all the major milestones of adulthood. Over 70 years, we’ve built extensive knowledge and expertise in supporting disabled people with complex needs, including deafblind people.

Story

The RidgeWalk is an exhilarating 52 mile ultramarathon along the oldest national trail in Britain, the Ridgeway. You'll trek day and night for 24 hours, climbing 3,800ft through remote ancient landscapes – and we're there to support you every step, scramble and stride of the way.

There are approximately 358,000 people in the UK who are deafblind, with the figure estimated to rise to half a million by 2030. Your support means we can continue to run our specialist services which are built around the wishes and needs of the individual, supporting people to be as independent as possible.
