Your fundraising helps us to make every moment count for babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions, and their families.

With your bravery, courage and determination we are hoping to raise £30,000 from this exhilarating event. In order to do this we hope that each of you will commit to raising a minimum of £150.

£150 could help pay for one of our monthly teenage youth groups. Most of the teenagers we support are unable to access mainstream groups so our youth group enables teenagers to spend time with their peers and do things they enjoy. Many of the group’s activities focus on promoting independence and enjoying new experiences that otherwise would be impossible.
