Visit the charity's profileStaff from The Shrubberies School post 16 unit called The Apperley Centre in Stonehouse, who work with students aged 16-19 with severe and profound learning disabilities, are raising funds for a trampoline and sensory garden for their students by holding a variety of events throughout the summer and through a sponsored parachute jump.
Sarah Younger, Debbie Astle, Sally Russan, Shona McDougall and Becky Archibald will be sky diving from 11,000 feet on 14th July 2018 to help raise funds for this equipment to support students and their personal development.
We are all terrified of heights! Some of us are young and reckless, but the rest of us are middle aged and almost over the hill so please give generously for our wonderful students!
