SBH lead the way in the development and practice of Rehabilitative Palliative Care. We are reliant on on donations to provide our services including lymphoedema, physiotherapy, and counselling. We offer a range of clinical, practical and psychological help and support to our patients and carers.

Story

South Bucks Hospice is a small, local charity and we receive only 6% of our funding from the NHS. This means that fundraising is all important and it is where all our wonderful supporters and volunteers make all the difference.

It is thanks to your generosity that we are able to begin building our new Hospice which aims to serve the ever increasing needs of an ageing population. We are also planning to expand our service to offer a drop-in centre for young adults aged 18-28. There is currently no provision at all for young people living with life-limiting illness in our region, so we are very excited about this opportunity to blaze a trail.

The total build cost of the new Hospice is £3.66 million. We have already raised £2.1 million but we need to raise a further £1.5 million.

Superfit snapper Matt, 47 yr old father of two, has pledged to do his utmost fundraising for us and he aims to finish each of the 26-mile races in a flash, in times of just over three hours!

Please support our hero!
