This year's Christmas Jumpers campaign launches on Monday 12th December and runs until Thursday 15th December. We hope that you can jumper up and join us as we put the festive fun into fundraising! 

All you need to do is don your brightest and funniest festive knit (Santa hat/antlers are optional!) take a photo or selfie and donate £2 (£1 if you are a school, nursery or youth group). 

Every penny that you raise will go directly towards caring for our patients, their carers and families this Christmas. 

Your support during Christmas Jumper Week will enable our new Community Hospice to care for more patients, their carers and their families.
