The campaign has now expired but it's not too late to support this charity.
Visit the charity's profileThe team at Bluebird House aims to raise £15,000 to build a new interactive trim trail and sensory garden for the young people they care for.
Bluebird House provides specialist mental health care for up to 20 young people who have been placed in its care under the mental health act.The team provides care, treatment and support in a safe and secure environment to help encourage recovery and wellbeing.
Bluebird has a very large but much underutilised space of land to the rear of the facility. The plot, approximately three acres in size, is a grass space that our young people have the opportunity to walk around and enjoy as part of their daily programme.
Although the current state of the garden provides some benefit, we know we can further utilise this open space to create an environment which provides a crucial source of exercise and stimulation, where the young people can interact with one another.
With your support we can make the Great Outdoors project a reality. Thank you.
