Would you like to enjoy the beautiful countryside of Nottinghamshire while also getting to support a great cause? Then why not attend the Spring Fun Ride and Barbecue in aid of Spinal Research! 

The choice of three distances, 5km, 10km and 13km, means everyone can enjoy the opportunity of cruising through rural off road countryside, only encountering the odd road crossing (busy ones will be marshalled).  

There will also be an opportunity to school on the Newton cross country course at the end of all the routes! All individuals and groups (up to 12 riders) will set off at timed intervals, meaning that you and your friends can decide your own pace. We’ll email maps to you and the easy to follow routes will be marked out with arrows. 

Don’t miss out on the chance of riding through idyllic scenery, having a blast on the cross country and a barbecue, all in one location! This is an opportunity to have fun while also supporting an amazing cause.

All donations and a percentage of entry money will go to Spinal Research, however we would encourage all those taking part to raise their own sponsorship if they can. If you know someone who has been affected by spinal cord injury then you will know how important it is that we support the work they do.
