Starting at 10pm, you will be led through the streets of Llandudno and along the promenade under moonlight. There will be a stop off point at the Hospice itself to enjoy some light refreshments and the option to leave a message to your loved ones in our lit-up memories garden. 

When you complete the 10k route you will be rewarded with a medal.   

We really want this evening to be memorable for you, we encourage you to take pictures along the way, uploading them to social media using #moonmems18.   

All monies raised from your participation in this event will support the invaluable care provided by St David’s Hospice, to patients with advanced illnesses in Conwy, Gwynedd and Anglesey.
