The campaign has now expired but it's not too late to support this charity.
Visit the charity's profileThe Brutal Run is a very, very, muddy and wet 'trail run', through the natural environment of woods, muddy hills, rivers and mud-swamps! There are 5km, 10km and 20km options. Most of our runners are doing 10km. More info and a film is at: www.brutalrun.co.uk
The STEPS Charity took over the running of the Club in September 2016 and urgently needs to raise funds to keep meeting the building costs and to deliver our range of services for young people.
Our work is educational, developmental and preventative. Young people have opportunities to take part in recreational and educational activities, to undertake awards, to develop skills, to gain confidence and self esteem, to learn and to make friends and have fun!
We also provide 1-1 support for young people covering a wide range of teenage issues which are sometimes critical - things like domestic violence, abuse, mental health problems, self-harm and suicidal ideation.
THANK YOU to everyone running for STEPS and to all our wonderful supporters!!
