This year we are hoping to open our Community Hub on Christmas day to some of the most vulnerable and isolated people in our community. 

We would like to offer around 40 elderly and isolated people the opportunity to enjoy a three course christmas meal, entertainment and a small gift.

This year the christmas break is extended meaning that services over this time won't be available. With your support we hope to fill this gap and bring people together.

Our community of St Matthew's in Leicester is one of the poorest communities in the UK.

Deprivation is in the top 10% of the country and with your help we want to change things for the better.  Out of 38,000 areas measure our community come 71st in terms of deprivation for the elderly.
