The campaign has now expired but it's not too late to support this charity.
Visit the charity's profileIn 2016 Sir David poignantly ended his Planet Earth documentary by highlighting the disconnect between modern life and the natural world. He called on us all to realise the great responsibility we have to provide a home, not only for ourselves, but for all life on earth.
We now have a chance to do just that. By creating a giant new nature reserve in the Broads National Park we can create a home for nature on a landscape scale. For every £1 you raise a further £2 will be released from funding we have already secured. This means that every £100 you raise will be worth £300!
In 1978 local residents tried in vain to prevent the sale of the land we now have the opportunity to buy. We can't right the wrongs of the past, but we can grab this opportunity with both hands and bring back nature to this corner of the country in all its glory.
