Visit the charity's profileIn ten years we have made an enormous difference to the lives of BAME graduates. Over 170 black, Asian and minority ethnic graduates have been through our PR traineeship programmes. Over 500 more have been through our graduate assessment day and have received detailed feedback on their performance to help with their job search.
Over 95% of our alumni are employed, 70% are working in PR and communications in roles which span from junior account executive to senior PR manager and account director.Last year we launched our mentoring programme to help a further 100 BAME graduates per year and increase our impact.
We have made a difference to diversity in the PR sector.
The industry needs us, the graduates need us and your donation will help us to build and expand on the work we do.
