The Rock is dedicated to taking on challenges alongside young people and helping them be the very best they can be. We are  passionate about people being healthy - both physically and mentally.  Our Triathlon Challenge  (tri-in-the-park) is all about inspiring lives which are healthy and determined.   

As well as the important work the Rock undertakes with schools, we focus on engaging with our local community - encouraging young leadership, running a community cooking club and working towards a community hub in St Peter's.  This work is often hard to fund and is all about a vital long-term commitment to relationships.
