For so many of us, being able to choose what we eat is something we take completely for granted. At the restaurant, at the store, at meal time. It's natural.

But the sad reality for many people and families living in Bristol today is very different. They have no choice at all and frequently miss meals completely.We have a choice to help those in need. We also have a choice to help build a society of people that care and help each other when necessary. This is one of those times to choose.

The Matthew Tree Project is a local registered charity helping some of the most vulnerable people and families living in Bristol out of poverty and into a better, healthier and happier future. One aspect of our work is to give food to those who have so little income they are frequently missing meals.
