There are thousands of children living with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions who will need to stay in a hospice over this festive season. And their families and carers know that memories at this time of year are precious moments that will be remembered forever. So we are asking you to help build those memories by donating towards The Sun on Sunday Santa Hospice Appeal.

Every penny raised will go to charity and help buy presents for children in seven hospices throughout the United Kingdom. A children's hospice offers a place where families can relax, recharge their batteries and have fun with their children. And they strive to create happy moments in the most difficult times any family could face.

We have teamed up with the UK charity Together for Short Lives who speak out for children and young people who are expected to have short lives and help families make the right choices about their child’s care in life and in death.
