Tushinde works with families in crisis who are often left with nowhere else to go and who are having to cope with the death of a parent of young children, or homelessness or escaping domestic violence. Life in the slums is precarious and there are lots of ways families can lose everything. Your gift will provide people with the basic essentials they need in life (including food and home essentials including cooking equipment) as well as regular and comprehensive support from our social workers to help them get back on their feet.
