The campaign has now expired but it's not too late to support this charity.
Visit the charity's profileVeterans Aid, the UK’s key frontline operational charity, delivers immediate support to veterans in crisis.
New Belvedere House, which can currently accommodate 55 ex-servicemen, is ‘home’ to the residents in its care, pending resolution of their problems. It has enjoyed unmatched success in transforming veterans’ lives.
New residents are given a room of their own, new clothes, toiletries and constant help in tackling any addictions or other individual problems.
However, without significant investment this vital facility has only five more years of viable life.
The development will safeguard and improve existing facilities and significantly enhance the services provided.
These will include a training kitchen, enhanced IT suite, counseling rooms, staff facility, gym and capacity to accommodate 63 men.
