Signs have been put up now around the Church to explain that the roof is lead-free, and that it is a thin terne-coated stainless steel sheeting roof that was put in place over a period of 26 weeks in 2010/11 at a  cost of £87,000. Hopefully, if thieves can read or understand signs,  they won't pointlessly vandalise our roof again. 

A list of names of known donors to the 2018 Church of St Michael and All Angels Wadenhoe roof repair fund will be displayed with our grateful thanks in the Church when the roof is complete.
