Bristol Water is one of the main sponsors of the biennial water industry Race Night held in Bristol, organised by Wessex Water. Staff fundraising activities also include quiz nights, cycling and running challenges and participation in challenge events such as the WaterAid Mountain Challenge.

The Glastonbury Challenge, a marathon-sized walk from the Bristol Water offices to Glastonbury Tor has now become an annual event.
