Visit the charity's profileSleep Easy is our annual sponsored sleep out; a great chance for people who want to raise awareness about homelessness while raising money to support the work of YMCA North Tyneside.
Participants come together, brave the cold, spend one night sleepingin a cardboard box and get sponsored for their efforts.
For business groups, Sleep Easy is not only a challenging and eye-opening experience but an opportunity to have fun, build your team and connect with your community.
We currently support 23 young people and this year we would like to make a huge step towards doubling that number.
We need YOUR help to achieve this.
