We support younger people living with young onset dementia and their families in Berkshire, Surrey Heath, NE Hants and Farnham. We provide one to one support and activity based workshops across the working week for people with a young onset dementia diagnosis, providing respite for their carers.

Story

7 - 9 September 2018

This charity challenge needs no introduction! From the scenic Glen Nevis Valley to the picturesque Snowdonia National Park, the team aim to conquer some of the UK’s giants on this classic 3 Peaks Challenge – Ben Nevis (Scotland), Scafell Pike (England) and Mount Snowdon (Wales). With a total trekking time of 15 hours or less, they will climb around 10,000 feet and have walked approximately 26 miles – grit and determination are vital to completing this fast paced challenge. It’s no wonder this charity challenge in the most highly regarded trekking challenge in the UK! 

Unperturbed, our intrepid team are taking on the challenge and digging deep. They will face mental and physical challenges along the way, all to help those living with young onsest dementia.Please show your support to these brave souls by making a donation, no matter how small.  Every £1 helps!
