Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I have decided to run the Barry Island 10k this August... after getting coaxed into promoting ty hafan. I'm not a fast runner, I wont break any records but I'll try my hardest.  Through fundraising we can ensure that the children and families that use our service can access the essential services that ty hafan provides.

 *Update* so I have decided that all my 10k runs in 2019 will be supporting Ty Hafan. that's running over 50k for a worthwhile cause. This includes Newport 10k, Portcawl 10k, Barry Island 10k, Severn Bridge 10k & Bonfire 10k at Marfam Park!
