Trying to escape from a submerged helicopter shell is not
usually part of most people’s daily routine, but daredevils are being
encouraged to take on the unique challenge to help raise vital funds for
charity.

Participants will take part in a safety briefing before they
are lowered into the water inside the helicopter shell, they will then have to
escape through a window as it fills up.

The second part of the challenge will see those who take
part have to free themselves from the shell as it submerges and rotates 180
degrees, resembling a real life emergency.

Participants will be strapped in during both parts of the
challenge and the operation mimics a helicopter making a controlled landing
into the sea.
