We provide the support needed to give homeless young people a future

Story

It is with great sadness that we announce that Baron Carl Gripenstedt has died suddenly whilst attending to business in Finland.

Carl was a great entrepreneur with a passion for wellness and health; he created and ran several companies in Europe with a focus on Sports Centres and Fitness Clubs. The foremost is Competition Line (UK) Ltd; the owner of Lifestyle Fitness, operating some 60 clubs and employing approximately 200 staff. A great part of his life was the family estate Brevens Bruk AB in Sweden, a large managed forest, agriculture and real estate business.

Carl was a much respected, exceptionally talented business man and leader of people, he was a great motivator and humourist with a wonderful gift of being able to spread warmth and joy among friends, colleagues and strangers alike with his jokes and pranks.

Carl was a dedicated, loving family man and leaves his wife Ullabritt and children, Lovisa, Thomas, Eva, Ebba and Elsa, our thoughts and sincerest sympathy goes to them.
