For those of you who know me well, you are probably quite surprised to see the words 'Carol Mooney' and 'Run' in the same sentence. Your eyes are not deceiving you, I am indeed running a 10km race on 12th October in aid of St John's Hospice, London.

St John's is a great place and took fantastic care of my wonderful Aunt who we lost too young to Cancer. They looked after her in so many ways, from when she first became ill until her final weeks, providing everything from respite care to art classes.

This charity is funded solely on donations and so I would be MASSIVELY grateful, as will they, if you could dig deep and donate. No amount is too big or too small. Your donations will certainly provide that extra incentive to get round the 10k in a decent amount of time!
