Cluster headache, often described as the 'suicide headache' is probably one of the most painful conditions known to man. Our main aim is to reach out to sufferers and provide them with advice on managing the condition, support for them and their families in obtaining treatment and hope for the future.

Story

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. I am so pleased that I managed to complete the race and live to tell the tale.

I really enjoyed the day and the crowds and other runners kept me spurred on and I am even thinking about doing it again next year

So if you are popping back to see how I have done thank you so much for supporting me.

I am running or at least promise to do the 10k run as quickly as I can on July 6.

I have started training hard and want to raise as much money as possible for OUCH. I suffer cluster headaches myself and every penny you donate will be very welcome. So please dust off your credit card and be generous.

If I havent given you enough reasons to sponsor me here are just a few more:

- Running is not my favourite sport, I used to get notes from my mum at school

- I only have little legs and they could do with some firming up

- I promise to have a more sporty pic up soon when the body looks better in Lycra, trust me the world is not ready for it yet

- I am training every other day and I am getting faster and fitter each time

- More reasons to follow!

Many thanks for your support.
