I'm running the Superhero 5k in Regent's Park on Sunday 13th May to raise money for Rethink Mental Illness. They're the largest voluntary sector provider of mental health services in the UK and help around 60,000 people every year.

I'll be joined by fellow student nurses Laura Minett, Jayne Jones, Nisha Honap and Sarah Hughes and we're all supporting different charities so if you can sponsor any one of us that would be amazing.

I don't know which superhero I get to be yet - I'll see what costume I get given on the day (fingers crossed I don't have to be She-Hulk)
