Imagine being told your toddler you thought was healthy, but perhaps slow to progress, in fact had a rare and devastating disability that would leave them needing lifelong 24/7 care. Rett syndrome changes lives irrevocably. With your support Rett UK is there from the beginning. #ToKnowHerIsToLoveHer

Story

Next Sunday, myself and Catherine are running 10 miles in aid of a little girl, and many like her, who have a diagnosis of Rett Syndrome. Rett syndrome is extremely rare but it touched the lives of Alison, Mick and their son Daniel when Poppy was born 9 years ago, on the Isle of Wight.  Despite being a happy, smiley girl, Poppy's condition means she is unable to walk or talk or do many of the things that we take for granted for our own children.  Please help us recognise the work of Rett UK by providing vital funds to support those families affected. Thank you.
