Brighton Marathon 2013 · 14 April 2013 ·

The Christie charity provides enhanced services over and above what the NHS funds. Your support can help us to fund life-changing and potentially life-saving projects that will benefit cancer patients both now and in the future.

Story

I am running the Brighton Marathon for Charlotte who passed away on July 15th 2012, after battling a rare abdominal cancer for nearly four years.

Ben, Charlotte's wonderful brother eloquently describes her as beautiful, generous, empathetic, funny, loving and selfless.

Charlotte was a courageous, inspirational friend and talented artist.  A daughter, sister, girlfriend and friend who is loved and missed by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her.

The Christie is a Manchester based hospital which specialises and cares for so many patients and families suffering with cancer, and is where Charlotte had much of her treatment.

Your support and donations would be so gratefully received and allow The Christie to continue their incredible care & research.
