As you probably know by now I have agreed to ski 24 peaks in 48 hours (apparently the equivalent of descending Everest twice!) in March.

While I been desperately training to get fit enough, I have been raising as much money as possible, for Scope, in the name of the Challenge. I made it round the 10km London Run in under an hour so the training schedule seems to be getting there!

A big thank you to those of you who have already supported me. Ski Sunday was a fantastic success and an excellent day -thanks to all those that made it happen.

One final pre-challenge charity event - murder mystery dinner, 'murder on the piste' - is coming up before I head off.

So I'm making one final push on sponsorship before the big day. If you can possibly make a donation I would be extremely grateful and if you are interested in sponsoring me online it is the most efficient way for me to raise funds for Scope. If you are a UK taxpayer your donation will be increased by almost a third at no cost to you.

Any amount will make a difference and hopefully make the gruelling 48 hours on the challenge all worthwhile!
