Hello!

On the 1st of August I am doing the Triathlon - My first triathlon - 750m Swim / 20km Bike / 5km Run...

As part of this event I am raising money for SANDS. This is in memory of Vanessa (daughter of kath Stagg and Richard Hill), who was born sleeping on , after 41 weeks of a problem-free pregnancy.  Please support if you can, and pass on this webpage to your friends.
