Story
In 2019 it cost York Cats Protection approximately £530 a day to run the adoption centre and last year we homed 366 cats and kittens. Please help us fund the extra day we will be open this leap year in 2020 to continue our work here in York.
Of course an extra day means extra food and extra care!
Our wonderful staff and volunteers are key to the happiness of the marvellous moggies in our centre. They are responsible for keeping our cats' pens sparkling clean and providing them with vital food, love and care until they are ready to go to their new homes.
Our target of £530 will help us to fund the cost of the care of the kitties in our adoption centre on 29th February. Any funds raised above and beyond this will go towards the rest of our work here in York.
Every donation will help to make a difference to cats and kittens, thank you.
