On the 20th October myself and my colleagues will be taking part in the UK's highest free-fall abseil from the Olympic Park's ArcelorMittal Orbit. I have never done an abseil and am looking forward to the experience.

I will be raising funds for Coach Core.

Coach Core is an employment and education charity that uses a community sports apprenticeship to target young adults not in employment, education or training (NEET) and have them not only change their own future pathways but also become a positive influence in communities that need sports provision most.
